The role

Were looking for an Internal Audit Manager (IT).

Youre welcome to work in our office in Amsterdam hybrid or remotely.

In this position your responsibility will be to:

• Lead and execute annual SOx program including walkthroughs testing and reporting to the management. In addition to this you will plan perform and report on operational audit engagements as part of the annual audit plan.
• Manage and execute multiple complex IT related audit engagements ensuring proper coverage and consideration of auditing principles practice and assigned time/budget.
• Conduct IT Audit risk assessments including scoping testing and reporting of results. In addition to this you will oversee and at times perform the companys assessment and certification of ITrelated internal controls based on financial reporting in accordance with the requirements of SOx compliance.
• Ensure IT business process and IT general controls (ITGCs) including service organization controls (SOC reports) are assessed in accordance with the IT audit plan.
• Identify opportunities to automate testing/audit using Data Analytics.
• Contribute to the development of the annual IT audit plan

We expect you to have:

• Masters degree in computer science or information systems supplemented with CISA or RE.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 5 years of IT audit experience in SOx compliant environment.
• Experience in SOX US GAAP COBIT ISO 27001 Dutch corporate governance internal controls evaluation compliance and substantive testing.
• Advanced understanding of internal audit and demonstrated ability to interpret complex issues assessing risks and facilitating discussions with Senior Management.
• Experience with Oracle Netsuite (Hibob Cobase are considered as plus)
• Excellent interpersonal skill with the ability to collaborate influence and network effectively.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities and ability to understand complex business processes their risks and identify key controls.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to deliver against tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
