Job Scope:
Systems Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. If you have a solid background in software engineering and are familiar with Ruby or Python wed like to meet you. Ultimately you will execute and automate operational processes fast accurately and securely.
Job Responsibilities:
Implement integrations requested by Internal teams / customers
Provide Level 2 technical support and queries coming from Internal teams
Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
Develop software to integrate with internal backend systems
Perform root cause analysis for production errors
Investigate and resolve technical issues Deploy updates and fixes
Develop scripts to automate visualization
Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
24*7 support should be flexible for shifts
Knowledge and Skills:
Should have basic knowledge on ITIL
Basic Knowledge on Linux/Unix Administration MySql Computer Networks
Any other technical exposure on different technologies will be an advantage
Excellent communication skills with level of energies
Baic Understanding of code and script (PHP Python Perl and/or Ruby) will be an advantage
Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an alwaysup alwaysavailable service.
