Tasks
We are currently looking for an Intern Marketing & BizDev (m/f/x).
You will accelerate the companys growth in the early stages by supporting different areas (e.g. Marketing BizDev) in several key initiatives. You will quickly and flexibly familiarise yourself with new work areas and support our RevOps team in building and improving our outbound lead gen motion and cocreate and support our inbound content strategy.
General
- Expand your knowledge of a highgrowth SaaS startup and learn about several key areas of earlystage operations
- Work in an exciting dynamic and supportive environment
- You will closely collaborate with our RevOps Marketing team and founders
BizDev
- You will support us in streamlining our existing customer acquisition channels as well as experimenting with new channels
- You will support us in managing our outbound lead generation motion (e.g. sourcing automation)
- You will reach out to sales prospects through email and social media to schedule demos
- You will support to optimize our gotomarket strategy including processes and tech stack
- You will support our sales back office (e.g. pipeline management reporting building new workflows and automation)
Marketing
- You will cocreate and build out our growth content strategy
- You will create shortform and longform content on growth marketing to amplify our inbound channel using stateoftheart tooling (blog posts guides social)
- You will support in creating visuals supporting our growth content
- You will support in optimizing our onsite and offsite SEO performance (e.g. backlinking strategy)

- You are enrolled as a student ideally pursuing a degree in marketing management business informatics or related subjects
- You gained your first experience in (content) marketing or bizdev (e.g. BDR SDR)
- You are a fast learner and quickly adapt to new areas
- You are resultoriented being devoted on execution
- You incorporate a candoattitude and you are enthusiastic in taking on new challenges
- You are strongly selfmotivated to learn and continuously strive to acquire knowledge for personal and professional reasons
- You love working in a highly dynamic environment
- You have gained first experiences in highgrowth startups
- Youre a highlyskilled communicator with fullfledged proficiency in English
