Responsibilities:

1. Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
2. Assist in daytoday HR operations including onboarding and documentation.
3. Communicate with candidates and internal teams to facilitate smooth processes.
4. Contribute to special projects related to HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a Human Resources Business Administration or related program.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/GSuite
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German
