Team

The Business Development Sales team is constantly on the hunt for new Partnership opportunities with banks across Europe. Our team consists of the Regional Sales Directors and a manager in charge of Sales Operations who together speak to potential clients analyse these opportunities and ultimately bring them to one of the Raisin platforms.
As an intern in the Sales team you will support the Sales Directors in the preparation of various outreaches materials and supporting documents that are pivotal in their sales efforts due to the high demand from prospect clients. Additionally you will work closely with our Sales Operations unit to support in maintaining efficient processes and high quality end results that ultimately drive the sales efforts.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are part of the Business Development Sales team at Raisin where you support a variety of initiatives to grow the Raisin platform
  • Supporting the Sales Directors with the preparation of pitches NDAs documentation during client calls and other supporting material in regards to Sales activities
  • Supporting in the preparation of sales campaigns and outreaches
  • Supporting the Business Development team in organising events aimed at enhancing our sales activities. This will include getting in touch with potential venues keeping track of guests and supporting the preparation of relevant event material.
  • Supporting Sales Operations with ongoing projects and tasks which in turn supports the sales team and our overall sales and commercial processes at Raisin.
  • Support with the organisation of sales team activities documents and general processes
  • You will also liaise and work closely with other teams within Raisin to drive our company mission

Your Profile

  • You must have right to work in the UK
  • You recently graduated and hold a degree in business finance economics or any related subject or you are in the final year of study within these fields
  • You are open for fulltime or parttime internship for 36 months
  • You are preferably based in Manchester or can travel to the Manchester office once a week (ideally on Wednesdays)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint)
  • You have excellent communication skills in English (other additional European language is a plus)
  • You are organised structured and detail oriented in your work
  • Willing to learn about the technical specifics of the deposit collection processes with the banking sector and platform business
  • You are a strong team player with a high degree of initiative
