Interior Designer

Licensure: Licensed

Location: Inoffice position with 3 WFH days per month

Responsibilities:

Lead interior design projects from concept to completion including space planning material selection and furniture specification

Collaborate with architects clients and consultants to integrate interior design solutions with overall project goals

Prepare and present design concepts mood boards and renderings to clients

Develop detailed drawings and specifications for interior finishes fixtures and furnishings

Coordinate with contractors vendors and fabricators to ensure quality and timely delivery of interior design elements

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or related field

Licensed Interior Designer with 515 years of experience

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite

Strong knowledge of interior design principles materials and finishes

Excellent communication presentation and project management skills
