Interior Designer cum Projects Coordinator

Job Overview

We are looking for an Interior Designer for a leading company to design interiors for Home Office and Commercial Spaces and get the projects executed and completed to meet the Client specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet new clients discuss and understand their requirements in detail
• Educate clients about the design options and execution capabilities
• Create design concepts keeping in mind the clients needs and preferences within estimated timelines and project costs
• Design the space with furniture materials furnishing lighting wall treatments etc.
• Work closely with the client and internal design teams to finalize designs and drawings
• Collaborate with the execution team to ensure the design turns into reality seamlessly
• Submit monthly review reports to the management to inform about the accomplishments hurdles and assistance required.

Requirements:

• Qualification Bachelor Of Design / Diploma in Interior Designing / B Arch/ MBA / Any graduate.
• Experience 24 years experience in Interior Design / Decoration / furniture / real estate company.
• Mandatory skills Autocad / 3D / Sketch up/ word /excel /power point
• Female preferred who is ready to travel to project sites with own vehicle.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Client relationship management skills
• Presentable & Pleasing Personality.
• Ability to multi task prioritise and manage time effectively
• Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
