Position:Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

Location: Chicago Los Angeles New York San Francisco or Washington DC

Experience: 1 to 4 years Salary: $215000 $295000

Responsibilities:

  • Handle litigation matters related to intellectual property including trade secrets and other soft IP areas.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support legal strategies.
  • Draft persuasive legal documents including briefs and motions.
  • Work collaboratively within a highperforming team environment.
  • Assume immediate responsibility for assigned tasks.
Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Illinois California New York or District of Columbia Bar active and in good standing.
  • 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in intellectual property litigation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in research and analysis.
  • Excellent persuasive writing abilities.
  • Bachelors degree and/or advanced degree in electrical engineering or computer science preferred but not required.
