We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Intellectual Property Associate to join our client. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the intellectual property initiatives and providing legal counsel on various IP matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis on intellectual property laws regulations and precedents.
  • Assist in drafting and filing patent applications trademarks and copyrights.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on IPrelated issues to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and protect intellectual property assets.
  • Assist in intellectual property litigation and enforcement efforts as needed.
  • Stay updated on developments in intellectual property law and industry trends.


Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in Delaware or Pennsylvania.
  • 2 years of experience practicing intellectual property law preferably in a law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of patent trademark and copyright law.
  • Excellent research writing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a litigator in a law firm or similar legal setting. Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, rules of evidence, and court practices. Excellent legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft persuasive legal documents. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely. Proven ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Sound judgment and the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in legal research tools and litigation support software. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
