Position: Digital Media Planner & Buyer

Salary Range: $7080K DOE

Location & Work Schedule: Remote flexibility with some occasional onsite meetings events etc. (Greater Phoenix AZ area)


An Integrated Media Planner & Buyer job is now available via The Keller Group. This is a flexible workfromhome position for a motivated selfstarter. The Integrated Media Planner & Buyer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital media campaigns from plan development to reporting and ensuring clients needs and expectations are exceeded. You should have expertise across digital channels with media planning and buying experience and understand how digital fits into overall marketing & media strategy. Integrated Media Planner & Buyer Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with media peers to develop integrated media strategies that best reach the target audience and improve market performance (traditional and digital media campaigns)
  • Manage multimedia campaigns across platforms for clients including but not limited to planning buying negotiating digital and paid social media campaigns (display video mobile native PPC etc.)
  • Performing reporting optimization and analysis across all budgets plans presentations etc. Pulling media pacing reports and analyzing against KPIs
  • Handson strategy and execution of media planning buying research implementation reporting budgeting optimization and trafficking of creative assets
  • Consult with clients and provide strategic partnership in terms of media goals campaign planning recommendations performance etc.
  • Proactively develop market media proposals research new media opportunities and optimize current spend for optimum results.
  • Monitors media for pacing delivery placement flight date discrepancies and negotiate any make goods credit or billing adjustments when necessary.
  • Relationship building with media vendors clients and internal teams to ensure projects deadlines and campaigns budgets are being clearly communicated.
  • Research and analyze media options and campaign performance to identify new trends or adjust campaigns to increase performance and deliver better results.
  • Negotiate with media vendors to ensure the best rates and value are being secured for clients as well as ensuring proper placements and scheduling.
  • Provide custom reports and present to department leaders and executives on campaign results.
  • Keep up with media buying and planning trends and technology.


Requirements

Integrated Media Planner & Buyer Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s in Advertising Marketing or related field of study
  • Ideally 3 years of professional media buying and planning experience across all major channels.
  • Management of programmatic media campaigns in one or more DSPs (The Trade Desk Basis etc.) and making recommendations optimizations pacing management and reporting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel Pivot Tables Lookups etc.)
  • Tableau Dashboard experience is a bonus!
  • Knowledge of when and why to use different targeting methodologies (behavioral contextual demographic retargeting etc.)
  • Strategy and setup of pixel implementation and conversion tracking across tag management and media platforms
  • Handson experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Creative asset trafficking via Google Campaign Manager or another ad server
  • Know how to set up pixel implementation and conversion tracking across tag management and media platforms
  • Strong negotiating and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Understand business KPIs and translate metrics to drive business outcomes
