Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a detailoriented and compassionate Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join our team. The Intake Specialist will be responsible for conducting initial client interviews gathering essential case information and ensuring a smooth intake process for new clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial client interviews via phone or inperson to gather relevant details about their personal injury claims.
  • Collect and document key information including the nature of the injury accident details and potential legal issues.
  • Explain the legal process to clients and answer any questions they may have about their case.
  • Provide empathetic support and reassurance to clients during the intake process.
  • Obtain necessary documentation such as medical records police reports and insurance information.
  • Enter client information accurately into the firms case management system.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other staff members to ensure a seamless transition of cases from intake to representation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements :

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; AA or BA degree a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service intake or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic and compassionate demeanor with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus.


This position is fully remote although the firm retains the flexibility to transition to an inoffice or hybrid work setting as needed. Currently there are no intentions to shift to officebased work for this role but the option remains open.
