The Role

E2E management of all movements from the global supply chain to the international DCs or customers across four territories.

Responsibilities

• Manage the vendor shipment booking process
• Container and trailer consolidation planning
• Container and trailer tracking
• Forward visibility reporting of the open order book movements and DC bookings
• Share weekly intake forecast with the DCs to support capacity planning
• Monitor forecast vs actuals ensuring intake performance is within set KPIs
• Transportation cost and performance analysis within agreed KPI identifying areas for improvement
• Awareness of global customs requirements process and supporting documents
• Reconcile and approve forwarder invoices
• Share a weekly performance deck
• Awareness of internal launch dates and WS / GOK requirements highlighting risk based on agreed exftys and mode of transport

Skills & Qualities Required

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5yrs working within an container planning tracking and intake environment
• Minimum 2yrs management experience
• Experience in exports from the Far East and Turkey
• Understanding of international
• Knowledge of DC inbound operations
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
• TMS & WMS system knowledge
