Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our team at OnSpot Global. As an Outbound Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to provide information about our insurance products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
• Handle customer inquiries complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets and contribute to the overall success of the company

Qualifications:

• Candidate must demonstrate experience in US account management. Experience can include one (1) year in CSR and six (6) months in insurance or four (4) years total CSR experience.
• Can work from MondayFriday (9 AM to 6 PM EST)
• Must have strong computer skills including MS Office
• Must have exemplary English verbal communication skills both oral and written
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Proficient in using computer applications and CRM systems
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
