Responsibilities

• Perform Calibrations troubleshooting installation Loop Testing Commissioning and repair of the Instrumentation systems
  
• Equipment worked on will include but not limited to standard measurement parameters such as Temperature Level Flow Pressure Humidity etc
  
• Repairs to field instrumentation.
  
• Tagging of field instrumentation.
  
• Rewiring field equipment.
  
• Working as a part of a busy team the Instrumentation Technician will ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
  
• Loop Checking and Commissioning skills.
  
• Full loop calibration to DCS
  
• Fault finding and diagnostics.
  
• Updating and producing documentation
  
• To liaise with the project/maintenance team & prepare reports.
  
• Consult with and advise process operators
  

Requirements

• Appropriate trade craft qualification Electrical & Instrumentation. (Or relevant Instrument experience)
  
• 2 years of relevant previous experience.
  
• Experience working on calibrations
  
• Excellent technical and problemsolving skills
  
• Proven communication and relationship building ability.
