Tasks

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as an Institutional Account Liaison. The Institutional Account Liaison will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our relationships with institutional clients including but not limited to government agencies educational institutions and healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a strong understanding of institutional sales processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with institutional clients by understanding their needs addressing concerns and providing timely support and assistance.
  2. Sales and Account Development: Identify opportunities to expand our presence within existing institutional accounts and pursue new business opportunities within the institutional sector. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  3. Product Knowledge and Training: Stay uptodate on Wonder Grips product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate product features benefits and applications to clients. Provide training and product demonstrations as needed to support client needs.
  4. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal sales marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of institutional account strategies with overall company objectives. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
  5. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends competitive threats and opportunities within the institutional sector. Use insights gained to inform strategic decisionmaking and optimize sales and marketing efforts.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance account activity and market trends for internal review and analysis. Utilize datadriven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization of institutional account strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in institutional sales or account management preferably within the safety equipment or related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
