Import and distribution of chemical materials for customer industries throughout Europe is the competence of our privately owned group. Our multinational team currently situated in fifteen locations across Europe and Asia belongs to the best performing sales organizations in the region. Tasks

Your Business and Area of Responsibility

  • Our customers are local and multinational manufacturers of Adhesives Composites Coatings Resins Paper Polyurethanes Rubber etc.
  • Reliable contact for industrial clients with sales activities; internally you collaborate with product managers and field sales managers
  • Market research via phone and email.
  • Aftersales service customer communication for logistic and other challenges.
  • Support for colleagues in the field.
  • Reporting / Implementation of negotiation results into our CRM system.
  • Occasional handling of complaints.

Requirements

Your Profile & Talents

You are looking for a chance to grow in international business and to work in a company where performance selfresponsibility initiatives teamwork as well as loyalty are rewarded!

Experience in the chemical industry is not a requirement. With the help of your colleagues you will learn on the job. You have or are a:

  • Sales personality with negotiation skills; you build trustworthy relationships over the phone and have a friendly professional demeanor.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Commercial or technical training as well as experience in B2B sales ideally with industrial customers.
  • Experience with CRM systems and are also willing to support colleagues in this area.
  • Flexible selforganized and can manage your diverse tasks well; in doing so you coordinate internally with other departments.
  • Handson mentality and are willing to take responsibility
  • Business fluent in English and German being fluent in any other languages like French Spanish or Italian is a huge advantage.
