Import and distribution of chemical materials for customer industries throughout Europe is competence and business of our privately owned group. We are growing on our own. Our multinational team currently situated in fifteen locations in Europe and Asia belongs to the best performing sales organizations of our multinational and local clients. Having a healthy financial basis we continue to expand our personnel organization and offer attractive positions at several European sites.

Tasks

Your Business and Area of Responsibility

  • You support our field sales with entries in our system order processing and organizing logistics for deliveries in Turkey (from our local warehouse in Istanbul).
  • You are a reliable partner for industry customers providing excellent service; internally you cooperate with Product Managers and dedicated Sales Managers as well as Logistics and Finance departments.
  • Market research by phone and email.
  • You take over postsales activities: interaction with other departments and communication with customers in case of changes delays overdue payments etc.
  • Occasionally handling of claims.

Requirements

Your Profile & Talents

You are looking for a chance to grow in international business and to work with a company where performance initiatives teamwork as well as loyalty is rewarded!

Experience in chemical business is not a condition. With the help of your colleagues you will learn on the job.

  • You are a SALES personality with a serviceoriented attitude.
  • You have 2 years of experience within a B2B sales organization working with all level of stakeholders preferably within a wholesale company.
  • You have a high degree of resilience and organizational skills.
  • You have an accurate workstyle and a handson personality.
  • You are a team player and eager to learn.
  • You have excellent communication skills being business fluent in English and Turkish German of advantage.
  • You have profound experience with CRM/ERPsystems.
  • You have good MS Office skills.
