Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative you will proactively reach out to potential and existing fuel card customers utilizing established telephone scripts to introduce them to our client s Registration Management Plan. Your role will involve engaging with customers addressing inquiries about our client s products or services adeptly handling objections and swiftly resolving any issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: Day Shift Mon Fri 06:30 AM 03:30 PM
Salary: up to PHP60000
Work setup: Onsite Makati

  • Proven sales experience (35 years) with a track record of overachieving quota.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

  • Contact potential and/or existing fuel card customers to inform them about our Registration Management Plan using existing telephone scripts.
  • Answer questions about products or the company handle objections and resolve any issues to customer satisfaction.
  • Gather customer information and input data into company CRM databases.
  • Achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers over the phone.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Assist with the development of sales strategies and products.
  • Provide feedback to the team on the sales process and product improvements.
  • Submit regular and specific data reports.
