Our focus on the reseller and service provider market has established us as a trusted partner for IT infrastructure products and services. For our office in Darmstadt Germany we are looking to expand our dynamic sales team with a motivated Inside Sales Representative.

Tasks

What Youll Do:

As an Inside Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in our sales operations focusing on nurturing and expanding our client base within the German Austrian and Swiss service provider and reseller markets among others across Europe. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Provide detailed information and demonstrations of our switches and routers to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to identify new market opportunities.
  • Keep uptodate with product knowledge and market trends.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an inside sales role preferably within the IT or telecommunications industry.
  • Familiarity with the service provider markets in Germany Austria and Switzerland. Experience with other European markets is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English is required for the role; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • A customeroriented approach with a passion for achieving sales goals.
