InfraHire is looking for an Inside Sales Representative in Houston TX.
Job Description:
An ideal candidate should bring account management experience a robust enthusiasm for sales and customer service and an inherent ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensuring alignment throughout all stages of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Takes full responsibility for the entire sales cycle guiding qualified leads through the process to achieve closed revenue.
  • Serves as the primary contact for clients regularly engaging with them on topics such as products requirements order status etc.
  • Records all sales activities meticulously in Netsuite the companys CRM system.
  • Ensures the highest standard of customer service for each account aiming to enhance and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Achieves or surpasses both individual and team sales targets in addition to meeting call quotas.
  • Stays wellinformed about new and existing products.
  • Secures monthly orders from established distributors.
  • Conducts research on new and existing accounts to understand their current needs and actively pursues sales opportunities to fulfill those needs.
  • Initiates cold calls to new clients and/or reactivates previous clients.
  • Works collaboratively with various internal and external teams to ensure timely completion of projects as per the projected timelines.
Skills:
  • Previous experience in Inside Sales or Account Management
  • Minimum of 3 years.
  • The ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities while maintaining a professional and composed demeanor is necessary.
  • Strong time management skills are required.
  • Effective problemsolving skills and a resilient personality to overcome obstacles are prerequisites.
  • Experience in closing sales is highly preferred.
  • Having a strong phone presence and the experience of spending multiple hours daily on the phone are highly desirable.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
