Location: GivEnergy Europe office in Woerden Netherlands. You must have the ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.

Schedule: Monday Friday 9am 5pm.

Salary:per month (based on experience and qualification level)

Experience Level: Due to the nature of the role experience in inside sales generation in the German/European market is preferred.

As part of our growth strategy we are expanding our operations in Europe under the GivEnergy Europe brand with a strong focus on the German market in the first instance expanding across the rest of Europe over the course of 2024.

Tasks

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads qualifying prospects and nurturing relationships with potential clients. This officebased role involves making calls sending emails and leveraging various communication channels to create opportunities for the Account Manager on the road. Conversational proficiency in German is essential for building relationships and effective communication with clients and the fieldbased team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilise various channels to identify and qualify potential leads within the European market.
  • Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with prospects and introduce our battery storage products and services.
  • Qualification: Assess the needs and requirements of potential clients to determine their fit with our products and qualify them for further engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the fieldbased Account Manager providing them with qualified leads and supporting their efforts to strengthen client relationships.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

Due to the technical nature of the role the successful candidate preferably will have:

  • Fluent spoken and written skills in German and English.
  • Proven experience in inside sales lead generation or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Conversational proficiency in German.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
