Position: Danish or NorwegianInside Sales Representative

Location: Anywhere in Spain

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary bonus.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer enquiries emails web contacts and orders being involved in order fulfilment and postsalesrelated activities
  • Perform inbound and outbound telephone activities and managing our customer database
  • Manage your own sales funnel
  • Provide pricing & availability parts identification order status and proof of delivery assistance to customers
  • As an integral member of the sales team you will be working together with several internal departments (such as customer care engineers PO booking centre as well as field staff) focusing on acquiring new customers and retaining/growing existing ones
  • Actively creating business opportunities and representing the brand through every customer interaction

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in Danish or Norwegian and English (verbal & written)
  • Already living in Spain and owning the NIE number/broadband etc.
  • Demonstrable effective communication and negotiation skills
  • At least 2 years of account management/B2B sales experience
  • Excellent technical knowledge and strategic sales skills
  • Ability to build rapport and demonstrate building customer relationships
  • Strong organisation and timemanagement skills
  • Ambition and willingness to work hard to improve and grow your sales knowledge
  • A proactive approach and a strong team spirit
  • High level of motivation with a drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience with laboratories or analytical instrumentation would be a plus

  • Working days/Hours: Monday to Thursday 9 am 6 pm / Friday 9 am 5 pm
  • Permanent contract (1month probation period)
