  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales rep for further development and closure.
  • Generate qualified leads and achieve monthly quotas.
  • Research accounts identify key contacts and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Database profiling and validation Update CRM
Background:
  • Person with Sales background in IT Industry
  • Preferably selling Email Solutions Messaging Solutions Data Centre or Hosting
  • Solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills Active Listener Versatile Presentable etc..
  • Currently doing Lead Generation and Sales Call to clients for pitching.
  • Working on Targets and ready for Fix and Variable salary.
  • Track record of overachieving quota
  • Experience in database management in CRM
  • 12 years in same domain
Target:
  • Target is to fix qualified meetings for sales team.
  • Per week meetings target will be there.
Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 1 years previous Inside sales/lead generation experience
  • Experience working on CRM system
