Job Description: As an InHouse Sales Representative you will embark on a comprehensive apprenticeship working closely with our highly seasoned sales professionals. This role offers a unique blend of learning and handson experience in the flooring industry providing you with the tools and knowledge necessary to excel in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Shadow and assist our experienced sales personnel in all aspects of the sales process from client engagement to closing deals.
Travel to meet with potential and existing clients understand their needs and present our products as the best solution.
Manage the full cycle of sales including bringing sales back to the office for processing ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order documentation and followup.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients offering exceptional service and support.
Stay informed about market trends new product offerings and industry standards to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
Participate in training and development sessions to enhance sales techniques and industry knowledge. Inhouse Sales Representative Lucida Surfaces
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferably in the flooring or construction building materials industry.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple sales processes efficiently.
Willingness to travel within the region to meet with clients and prospects.
A proactive and eager learner keen to grow and develop within the flooring industry.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
Starting salary of $70000 per year.
