Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM) Sunday Fixed Off
Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in Sales


Job Description:

Our company a leading B2B firm located in Navi Mumbai is seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven B2B Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills a proven track record in tele sales and the ability to thrive in a targetoriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Generate B2B sales leads: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through telecommunication to generate sales opportunities.
Client Engagement: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients addressing their needs and requirements.
Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to key decisionmakers showcasing the benefits and features of our products/services.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships fostering client loyalty and satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets demonstrating a consistent commitment to achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.


Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B tele sales.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach.
TargetDriven: Proven ability to work in a targetdriven environment and consistently achieve sales quotas.
CustomerCentric: Customerfocused mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
SelfMotivated: Selfdriven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.


Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday: Fixed Off
