Responsibilities:
1. Core Responsibilities :
- Quote to Cash Process : Prepare Quotes Update internal system for sales orders and facilitate invoicing.
- Followup Payments with timely reminders.
- Understand clients needs and curate post sales experience.
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM will be an added advantage.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to update reports on timely basis.
- Execute post sales process optimization for large revenue clients through periodic cadence meetings.
2. Secondary Responsibilities :
- Liaising with the legal team and CXO suite to execute critical agreements.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall company objectives.
- Maintain sales records and create reports.
