Tasks
- Proactively engage with assigned accounts to initiate contact and generate verify and cultivate leads.
- Build foster and enhance relationships with existing customers.
- Identify customer needs through telephone conversations.
- Address customer inquiries via email and/or telephone promptly.
- Document all pertinent information accurately in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Transmit recorded leads appointments and opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Successful completion of commercial training or equivalent professional experience or education.
- Demonstrated experience in initiating contact and sales within the realm of IT consulting and/or IT services (e.g. proactive telephone outreach).
- Proficient in commonly used MS Office tools.
- Selfreliant work approach coupled with exceptional customer focus.
- Robust team mindset effective communication abilities and a passionate attitude.
- Fluent in German with proficient written and spoken English skills.
