Inpatient Mental Health Medical Director LCSW LMFT LP

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Director specializing in LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or Clinical Psychologist. As the Medical Director you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our team of mental health professionals ensuring the delivery of highquality and effective patient care.

In this role you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and provide clinical supervision guidance and support to our staff. Additionally you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and implementing best practices in mental health services.

• Oversee the clinical operations and service delivery of our mental health department
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to our team of mental health professionals
• Ensure the delivery of highquality patient care and adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
• Participate in the hiring and training of new mental health professionals

• Current and valid license as an LMFT LCSW or Clinical Psychologist
• 1 years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong clinical skills and expertise in mental health treatment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in mental health services
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff and stakeholders
