Infrastructure Technology Training Specialist

Northwest Partners is partnering with a premier client in the infrastructure and construction industry to hire an experienced fulltime Senior Training Specialist. This role is based in Atlanta Georgia and is an incredible opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects involving Smart AI Leak Detection technology. The Senior Training Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs that bridge innovative strides in technology with our workforces skills and knowledge.

What YOU will do

• Develop and Deliver Specialized Training Programs: Focus on Smart AI Leak Detection expanding into Smart AI Infrastructure Technology for new business verticals.
• Innovation and Collaboration: Work closely with the Innovation team to establish a Training Center in Atlanta enhancing training materials and lesson plans tailored to Smart AI technologies.
• Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to identify knowledge gaps and training opportunities ensuring the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and continuous improvement.
• Engagement and Instruction: Deliver engaging instructorled sessions both inperson and virtually utilizing the latest in training & eLearning software.

What YOU will bring us

• Relevant Education and Experience: A Bachelors degree in a relevant field with at least 7 years of experience in training and development preferably in technical or innovative domains.
• Technical Training Competency: A strong background in designing and delivering technical training programs coupled with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Adaptability and Analysis: Expertise in adapting training methods for diverse audiences and conducting effective training needs analyses.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Exceptional leadership skills with experience working across all levels of an organization and the ability to travel extensively up to 75%.
