- Project Management experience in managing Enterprise projects
- 7 Years. leading projects ensuring they are in compliance with established standards/procedures
- Experience in business process mapping or operational redesign / improvement
- Experience with Risk Management techniques and mitigation planning
- Experience managing Active Directory enhancements
- Familiar with Directory Services and AD / AAD / LDAP / SAML / ADFS
- Past Experience with Active Directory Consolidation Projects using Quest Binary Tree ADMS ADMT
- Experience with Business workflow processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is a Plus
- Bachelors degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
- The Active Directory Migrations Project Manager (project manager) will be responsible for managing several projects including a number of subprojects under the Directory Services Modernization initiative
- The project manager is expected to communicate with internal stakeholders and serve as a technical expert and deliver state of the art IT solutions in support of the Directory Services Modernization initiative
- The project manager assists business stakeholders in determining and documenting Active Directory consolidation and modernization business requirements in coordination with several stakeholders
- The project manager assumes a leadership role and exercises independent responsibility in planning scheduling designing and implementing approved projects and other work as assigned to include participation in the quality assessment of services performed by the vendor where applicable
- Coordinates IT project management engineering maintenance QA and risk management
- Plans coordinates and monitors project activities
- Develops implements maintains and enforces documented standards and procedures for the design development installation modification and documentation of assigned systems
- Provides training for system products and procedures
- Work with the Active Directory Migration Vendor as well as internal Teams Stakeholders
- Ensures project lifecycle is in compliance with client standards and procedures
- Agile project management methodologies integrated with projectlevel Waterfall scheduling milestone tracking.
