• Leads efforts to reengineer and optimize business processes and systems by assessing business needs and developing proposing and implementing technology solution options.
• Build and develop data visualization tools dashboards and reports to improve business intelligence and meet business goals.
• Leads and manages enhancements and modifications to optimize business intelligence processes by coordinating with SME and identify new data requirements analysis strategies and reporting mechanisms.
• Configures and tests systems to execute features integration and reporting.
• Collaborate with organization stakeholders and business unit users to analyze data sets to spot trends and patterns that can be translated into actionable insights and modelling and integrating visualization into Power BI by querying data from various sources like SQL servers Oracle Azure SQL Excel PDF etc.
• Understanding business questions that drive reports listen to business questions and reporting requirements to create onetime reports and dashboards that provide data driven answers that helps making business decisions.
• Write sophisticated SQL with a preference for wellarchitected data models optimized query performance and documented code.

• Substantial understanding and knowledge of enterprise information systems such as ERP PLM CRM QMS etc (such as JDE SAP Pilgrim) preferred.
• Experience with FDA guidelines for Software Quality and Systems Validation required and is a plus.
• 4 years of SQL experience should be able to write complex queries including stored procedure creating indexes CTEs Functions and query optimization.
• 4 years of Power BI experience with creating and publishing reports DAX queries Mcode Data Flows Power App and Power Automate.
• Should be able to create ETL pipelines in SQL Python or tools like SSIS Azure data factory.
• 2 years of experience with python.
• Strong experience using Power BI with on premise and cloud data sources including Oracle and SQL Server.
• Strong experience in performance tuning of Power BI reports and SQL with large volume data sources.
• Indepth understanding of database management systems online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract transform load) framework.
• Highly Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong ability to manage and deal with different cultures and nationalities.
• Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite.

• Bachelors degree in a technical field such as computer science computer engineering or related field required.
