Information Technology Officer

• Manage and control the full IT infrastructure
  
  Desktop support
  
  Maintenance of all software applications and related infrastructure
  
  Network maintenance and support for all offices including firewalls telephony
  
  and internet.
  
  IT Asset Management
  
  IT Risk management and upkeep of IT policies and procedures
  
  Implementation of IT training protocols
  
  Information Systems security management
  
  Drafting new and maintaining current IT protocols
  
  Updating and renewing of software and hardware infrastructure in all regions and divisions.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  
• Proven experience as an IT Officer or similar role.
  
• Professional certification (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is an advantage.
  

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong problemsolving skills.
  
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Familiarity with various operating systems (including Windows and macOS) and platforms (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite G Suite).
  
• Knowledge of network security practices and antivirus programs.
  
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
