Tasks

Your Commitment will include

• Supporting the assurance of adequate security in the areas of information security IT security physical security and business continuity management (BCM).
• Advancing the Identity and Access Management (IAM) department as well as securityrelated directives. Conducting and overseeing audits (e.g. PCIDSS and 2nd Line of Defense Audits).
• Proactively guiding and supporting projects in considering security requirements and protecting information.
• Coordinating with other 2nd Line functions regarding audits to be conducted ISAE and IKS controls as well as assisting in the preparation of reports for senior management and the board of directors.

Requirements

Achieving the difference requires

• Extensive background and experience in computer science (preferably in the finance industry) preferably with a degree in business informatics or computer science.
• Several years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) including Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) and processes.
• Thorough knowledge of common frameworks such as PCIDSS ISO/IEC 27001/2 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework as well as Information Risk Assessment methodologies.
• Certifications such as CISA CISM CRISC or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for audienceoriented documentation and communication.
• Experience in project management with structured approaches and the ability to work independently.
• A flexible precise responsible teamoriented and resilient personality who maintains composure during hectic times without losing humor.
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in both German and English completes your profile.
