Information Architect

Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Architect to join our project in implementing a new employee experience platform for internal communication. The Information Architect will play a crucial role in designing and organizing complex information structures to enhance user experience streamline data flow and ensure optimal accessibility. The successful candidate will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze plan and implement information architecture solutions that align with business goals and user needs.

Essential requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Science Information Architecture UX Design or related field. Masters degree is a plus.

• Proven experience as an Information Architect or in a similar role.

• Experience in project implementation of intranets in global organizations.

• Experience in implementation of intranet base on SaaS platforms in collaboration with Microsoft 365.

• Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.

• Proficiency in using information architecture tools and software.

• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content strategy.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Project management skills to coordinate and manage complex information architecture projects.
