Since our start in 2017 we have provided smart tools that help put financial power back in the hands of the people where we believe it belongs. Everything we do is based on one vision: to improve the worlds financial health.

So far weve helped Swedes Finns Norwegians and Germans save millions by refinancing expensive consumer credits. But we aim higher; new customers and new collaborations with influencers and other partners who can help us reach our target audience. This means we need more brains and hearts to fuel our growth. That is why we are currently searching for our next colleague to join us as an Influencer Marketing Manager. Obviously that is where you come in

What you will be doing
As Influencer Marketing Manager you will be part of a multidisciplinary Marketing team that drives Anyfins growth across all markets. Your main tasks will be to manage challenge and encourage a high performing team of Influencer Specialists as well as work hands on with endtoend performance driven influencer campaigns (say a 50/50 split between the two).

Our typical influencer campaign process starts with the identification phase which will require a good understanding of social media trends then there is the approach (which might not be as straightforward as a DM) followed by negotiation (which is basically sales) and finally running the collaboration to completion and following up on key metrics to see what impact it had on our targets (so project management and analytics).

As you might understand by now this role requires excellent interpersonal skills and that you think its fun to work with other people.

Who you are
Success in this role boils down to one word: Mentality. See its all about getting impactful collabs through the door which will require you to take on the role of researcher salesperson and project manager on a daily basis. This means that you need to be the kind of person who doesnt give up at the first sign of trouble but pushes through all the way to the end and loves to get stuff done.

In order to be successful and impactful in this role we believe that we will find the following in your profile:

• At least 4 years work experience in the influencer marketing landscape in multiple markets
• A very good understanding of social media platforms like Instagram TikTok YouTube and Snapchat and how their algorithms work
• You are a strong negotiator
• Experience managing a team on site and remote
• You love numbers and get excited by delivering results based on performance driven influencer marketing KPIs
• Fluency in both English and Swedish or German
