- 3 to 6 years experience as Robotics Engineer the person will be doing the following Activities:
- Must have experience in DELMIA V5 (Robotic Simulation) 3DX (Robotic Simulation) beneficial.
- Execute Project activities such as Plant Investigation feasibility study Developmental Engineering (InterferenceClearance analysis Weld Spot distribution to all robots meeting the cycle time Problem tracking chart creation and providing multiple solutions)
- Specification Writing (Equipment Specifications Robot Specifications Process Specifications).
- Robots reach study (Robotic Simulation for various Weld Sealing Handling processes)
- Knowledge about Weld Paint and Final Assembly process
- Provide engineering support for introducing new car models on a running line Production Rampup for an existing line based on market demand and Line Innovation/Renovation.
