Key responsibilities:

Process Optimisation

• Evaluate current production processes and identify opportunities for improvement Benchmarks KPIs Dashboard
• Maintain knowledge of best practices in manufacturing methods.
• Identify and assess various challenges from established manufacturing standards and best practices; provide feedback to standard owners
• Develop and implement efficient workflows to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with engineers to design costeffective manufacturing layouts and building ergonomics for new product lines.

Quality Control:

• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain highquality standards and Best Practices.
• Implement measures to ensure consistency and accuracy in production processes. Quality prior to Efficiency.
• Support regional quality manager to analyze data to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

Resource Utilization

• Support Ops Director and /or factory directors to optimize the Network and the use of resources including manpower machinery and materials.
• Implement systems for effective inventory management.
• Develop staffing models to ensure optimal utilization of workforce.

Cost Analysis and Reduction

• Conduct costbenefit analyses for proposed changes and improvements.
• Identify costsaving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce production expenses.
• Work closely with the finance department to track and analyze budgetary considerations.

Data Analysis

• Implement datadriven decisionmaking processes by :
• Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Education and experience:

• University degree in Engineering or MBA
• Previous experience in Process optimisation and/or Project Management
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing is a plus

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills critical thinker and problem solver
• Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies
• Excellent communication skills
• MS office applications
• Driving licence class B
• Fluent English written and spoken; further foreign language skills (e.g. German French Spanish Polish) is an advantage
• International travel 50%
