Job Description
We are seeking a skilled industrial boiler technician with 4 10 years experience with the ability to evaluate troubleshoot and repair commercial oil and gas boilers hot water and steam heating equipment. Must be able to handle the daytoday preventive maintenance and daily fieldtesting parameters. Looking for someone who is capable to communicating effectively with management and accurately document all job specific troubleshooting and repairs and maintenance. Looking to establish a preventive maintenance program and inspection program utilizing the company CMMS system (Computer Maintenance Management System). Must be willing to respond for emergency oncall services.
Qualifications:
Education: A High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Vocational School training is helpful but not required.
Experience: 4 10 Years of related experience evaluating troubleshooting and repairing commercial oil and gas boilers hot water and steam heating equipment.
Computer Skills: Working knowledge of basic computer skills. The ability to operate a computer controlled monitoring system. Ability to utilize an Apple iPad for the Limble CMMS System.
Certifications & Licenses required: RIPJF or MA oil burner license with the ability to obtain a RI license.
Must have a strong working knowledge of commercial heating systems including steam hot water and controls pumps piping associated controls and electrical circuits.
This is a full time Monday Friday OT
Hours 6:30am 3pm
