In 2022 our dedicated team of 2200 employees in Germany the Netherlands Spain France and Switzerland generated external revenues of CHF 1159 million (excluding the Swiss business sold in 2023) while serving around 10 million active customers.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for procuring nonpharmaceutical products. As a versatile professional in various product categories you will contribute to maintaining our stock ensuring material supply and thus ensuring the functionality of our specialized departments.

Tasks

  • Creating tender documents.
  • Conducting independent contract negotiations with suppliers and awarding contracts.
  • Identifying and realizing costsaving potentials.
  • Continuously reviewing and optimizing the supplier portfolio.
  • Positioning and leveraging our attractiveness as a customer during procurement negotiations.
  • Advising internal customers on requirements and feasibility.
  • Optimizing procurement processes.
  • Ensuring quality through the provision and monitoring of relevant metrics.
  • Continuous market monitoring (product innovations & raw materials).

Requirements

For this challenging role you have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification along with several years of professional experience in procurement.
