Gameday Your Way is a growing events hospitality business that specializes in delivering fun & engaging events for our customers before football games at Notre Dame, Northwestern, University of Wisconsin, Indiana University and Soldier Field. We are seeking a highly motivated Indiana Tailgate Manager who is eager to help clients. You will be responsible for traveling to Evanston, setting up tailgate equipment and leading a small staff to execute the event flawlessly


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of tailgate events, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
  • Manage a team of event staff and vendors, including caterers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of tailgating equipment, ensuring proper storage, maintenance, and transportation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the tailgate event.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Foster strong client relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for tailgate event attendees, providing exceptional customer service.


Shift:

  • 8-12 hour shift

  • Day shift

Date range:

  • September 1-2, September 8-9, September 22-23, October 20-21, November 3-4, November 17-18

Work setting:

  • In person event site in Bloomington, IN. Departure is from South Bend, IN.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • 538 W Colfax Ave, South Bend, IN 46601
