The Pearson Agency is hiring a sales representative for a successful sales and leadership position. We are looking for that confident selfmotivated individual to sell life insurance and make a sizeable income and own your career. An Individual with a growth mindset that is coachable and driven to succeed.

No experience is necessary we will train you to be successful in our industry through online training from sales reps and team builders oneonone mentorship and events. The agent will contact warm leads set appointments and help individuals and or homeowners complete an application for the life insurance policy either over the phone or through a zoom meeting.

Compensation

The average commission is around $450 to $650 per application (results vary). The new agent has the option of doing this parttime or fulltime.

A current fulltime agent typically can make approximately $50k 180k per year.

A current parttime age typically can make approximately $30k $60k per year.

This is a 100% commission position.

Results vary based on attitude effort and skill.
