- Coordination with the staff of the Performing Arts Network and with the member institutions.
- Preparing a preliminary report of the action plan on income-generating projects in the cultural sector.
- Presentation and discussion of the report in an initial meeting with the staff of the Palestinian Performing Arts Network.
- Conducting an interactive workshop for member institutions of the Palestinian Performing Arts Network, including an expert's explanation of the nature of income-generating projects and how to implement them.
- Holding trainings to build the capacities of institutions and artists regarding income-generating projects.
