Inbound Sales Development Representative

Job Description:

Were looking for an Inbound Sales Development Rep to help the company expand past the founder led sales phase. You will be serving impact player to drive prospect interest and will have direct collaboration with the founders.

  • Identify prospect decisionmakers uncover critical business issues explore use cases and needs drive interest and articulate Xenias value proposition.
  • Drive inbound meetings with sign ups website leads and webinar attendees (amongst other lead sources)
  • Research high intent prospects for targeted messaging and to perform concise qualification to properly give context to sales executives
  • Make and track 60 phone calls per day with our CRM to schedule meetings with prospects from Xenias inbound marketing channels
  • Use Xenias tech stack alongside AI enablement tools to further enhance outreach efficiency
  • Ensure a smooth handoff of these leads to the founders and other sales team members
  • Take a creative approach to email messaging calling and LinkedIn to engage potential prospects
  • Enrich our product marketing function with insights on customer needs to create better sales enablement materials for the team
  • Stay current on industry issues/trends our competition and news around the space
  • Other duties including attending company off sites traveling when necessary and being a brand representative for the company at events

  • Youre persistent have heart and can execute IE. You can develop and execute on a strategy to send execute on cold calling & email sequences
  • You are familiar with AI tools and embrace using technology to drive
  • Willing to work 60 hours per week to get the job done
  • You like thinking strategically and understand the necessity of personalization it takes to be successful at sales
  • You are fearless and not afraid to handle objections and drive conversations forward via persistence
  • You are organized and dont mind the administrative efforts that go forth in tracking emails calls follow ups and data hygiene
  • Youre an excellent communicator e.g. you gain the trust of our buyers understand what they need and can persuade them
  • You embrace metrics e.g. youre no BS and impactdriven.
  • Youre early in your career and looking to gain experience to become an AE and ultimately a sales leader.
  • Most importantly youre a team player come with perspectives and are able to move fast and make things happen!
