First Responder Liaison for 988 Crisis Respones System
Required/Desired Skills Skill Required /Desired Amount of Experience First responder experience i.e. 911 Law Enforcement Fire EMS etc. Required 2 Years Program training development and presentation experience preferably in a crisis intervention program. Required 2 Years Experience gathering analyzing and reporting program data. Required 2 Years Experience developing implementing and training program policies and procedures. Required 2 Years Familiarity with Law enforcement and 911 PSAP culture and standards SAMHSA Behavioral Health Crisis Care Best Practices Highly desired 0 Experience with deescalation techniques motivational interviewing and collaborative problemsolving skills.
