Customer Service Import
Handling shipments Air / Sea (LCL FCL AIR)
Following up with the counterpart/coloaders on daily routing orders & updating the
same to client on daily basis.
Preparing CAN copies and sending Cnee with arrival Details.
Resolving the issues & query of customers regarding daily routing orders.
Execute order request calls / email.
Email suppliers carrier & customers with shipping updates
Track shipments and confirm receipt & arrivals of shipments.
Ensure customer experience by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
Responsible for answering and routing phone calls handling enquires.
Preparing Daily status report updating DSR on daily basis & sending to respective
Cnee with proper updates.
Import Documentation
Manifest filing for shipment
Check BL copies received from Agent.
Prepare job orders for CFS movement.
Coordinating with the customer
Coordination with Shipping line/Airline/CHA
Issuance of Delivery order & execution of the Final invoice to the consignee
Tracking of Vessel arrival for preparation of DO/ Invoicing for consignee at the time of
DO release.
Tracking of Consignment till it arrives/reaches the destination.
In case of any delays docs team needs to update CS with correct reason behind the
delays.
Pricing:
Freight negotiations with carriers for existing & new customers.
New customer acquisition.
Overseas agent nomination.
Share all the mandatory details required for the shipments.
Send quotation to the clients.
Negotiations with overseas agent / coloader.
Track the closure & conversion of shipments.
Probe for client feedback & act accordingly.
