Job Title: Implementation Consultant (Level 2)
Location: Bangalore ( This is a Hybrid Position)
Timings: EMEA Shift ( 12pm IST to 10pm IST)
Position Type: Fulltime (Immediate Joiner required)
As the Implementation Consultant you ll be responsible for project implementation artifacts such as requirement documentation and leading the customer through the entire implementation cycle including requirements configuration testing SIT UAT launch and post implementation support. Client interactions will typically be at the Director level and above at SMB/Enterprise companies who expect a high level of customer service. We are seeking an individual with strong consulting experience excellent communication and customer management skills preferably from a compensation domain background and experience with any programming language within the confines of a business application.

To succeed in this role you should have:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Technology Consulting Business Analysis or related fields
- Proficiency in SQL with experience in database programming languages such as SQL or Oracle
- Ability to translate customer requirements into configuration options and guide clients through decisionmaking processes
- Strong problemsolving skills both technical and businessoriented
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and database concepts
- Experience with system integration and troubleshooting
- Outstanding service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a deadlinedriven fastpaced environment
- Confident communication style with strong presentation skills
- Selfaware motivated coachable and able to work seamlessly as part of a team
A Typical Day in This Role:
Your typical day as an Implementation Consultant may include:
- Collaborating with clients to gather requirements and define project scope
- Configuring our solutions to meet client needs including testing and troubleshooting
- Providing ongoing support to clients postimplementation addressing any issues or concerns
- Engaging with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Participating in Professional Services Bootcamp and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills
