Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for a Special Procedures/Radiation Technologist. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Carbondale IL 62901

Assignment Start Date: 4/22/2024

13 weeks Days 12hour shift 36 hours per week guaranteed

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs diagnostic radiographic exams.
• Utilizes PACS and EMR systems
• Performs interventional procedures per protocol and established procedures.
• Maintains appropriate IV and Contrast Competency
• Follows established protocols and procedures for proper patient position exposure control and radiation protection.
• Performs office duties as needed.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with all involved in the patient care process.
• Cleans and inspects departmental equipment
• Cleans and stocks Imaging rooms.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• EP experience preferred; coronary and peripheral case experience such as CTO carotid stenting AAA and complex peripheral intervention. Structural experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years technical experience is required

Education: Associate degree required.

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• ARRT Certification in Radiology is required
• IEMA is required
• BLS/BCLS required.

EMR System: knowledge/experience preferred

Shift: 7 AM7:30 PM Weekends as required

Call Requirement: 1 weekday/week; 1 weekend out of every 4 weekends.
