Job Description

Job Title: ICT Vendor Manager
Location: Dublin 1 (Hybrid 50%/50%)
Contract / Permanent: Permanent with Test Triangle. If contract Min 18 months with further extension.
Start date: February-2023 or as soon as possible after
Experience Level Required:
It is a mandatory requirement, that the Resource proposed has the equivalent of 4-6 years experience in large enterprise management of suppliers / vendors in an IT environment.
Key Deliverable:
The following non-exhaustive list of Key Deliverables are applicable to this Role.
Vendor Management of a selected set of vendors to ensure the Bank s vendor investments are optimized.
Build and maintain strong relationships with your assigned vendors in order to represent the Bank s interests, ensure services are delivered in line with contractual commitments, ensure the vendor(s) performance is monitored and reported and ensure services procured by the Bank are delivered in a quality and timely manner.
Follow the Bank s Vendor Management process in carrying out the duties; collaborate with IT Vendor Manager to implement continuous process improvements in Vendor Management Process.
Remediation of significant vendor issues and active assistance throughout significant vendor events to ensure delivery of maximum value.
Regularly manage vendor risks and issues with IT Vendor Manager, manage escalation process for vendor non-performance or non-delivery as appropriate.
Review and monitor assigned vendor financial spend ensuring alignment with contractual rates and manage any financial deviations as required with Vendor and IT Finance.
Schedule, conduct and document vendor governance meetings with your assigned vendors covering the key subject areas including but not limited to agenda, actions, escalations, service delivery, projects, performance and financials.
Support Program team in the tender and contracting phase of a datacenter managed services contract
Support Program team in the transition to a new contract including the embedding of new governance framework and supporting relevant service owners to transition services to new contract and establish operating models for the contracted services.

As experienced Professionals, they will understand the importance and relevance of each aspect of Project Delivery and Business Analysis
Strong ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders, senior managers and suppliers/vendors.
Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong contract management, risk management, relationship management negotiation and dispute management experience.
Strong Vendor Governance experience.
Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts for IT managed services contract.
Experience in managing the transition of IT managed services between providers.
