Tasks

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Linux Platform Management:
  Oversee the construction and operation of the Linux platform ensuring compliance with defined standards.
• Maintenance Expertise:
  Conduct maintenance tasks including security updates and version upgrades.
• Problem Resolution Guru:
  Identify and rectify faulty conditions impacting IT system functionality and capacity. Implement measures to enhance resilience.
• Error Monitoring and Resolution:
  Monitor and analyze error conditions proactively defining and implementing corrective measures.

Requirements

Your Qualifications:

• Education:
  Degree in computer science FH/HF or equivalent training.
• Experience:
  Proven experience in designing constructing and operating IT infrastructures. Familiarity with dependencies within large IT environments.
• Expertise:
  Extensive experience in complex infrastructure management focusing on RedHat Enterprise Linux.
• Versatility:
  Knowledgeable in VMware networking and firewall technologies.
• Automation Skills:
  Good familiarity with the Ansible Automation platform is a plus.
• Language Proficiency:
  Excellent German (spoken and written) and specialist English skills.
• Traits:
