What Youll Do:

• Review Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation and assist Quality Engineers in daily tasks
• Reports to the IBC Quality Manager
• Review PPAP documentation the process and component systems to reduce the risk of unexpected failure due to errors in design and/or manufacturing
• Perform rigorous testing and validation activities to ensure product reliability and safety.
• Ensure all specification requirements are properly understood and documented using the Autoliv PPAP system
• Ensure the PPAP documentation as the ability to produce a quality productdemonstrates the component supplier has developed their design and production process to meet the requirements consistently during a production run at the quoted production rate
• Knowledge of inflator manufacturing processes and ability to define / document production process
• Other quality functions as needed

What Is Required:

• Pursuing a degree in a related field (preferably engineering)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with various departments.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety in all activities.
